Document review

I check all the housing company's documents - property manager's certificate, maintenance needs report, budget, balance sheet, financial statements, energy certificate, articles of association, alteration work notifications, maintenance charges, loans and other possible documents. I'll make a light exel about the pros and cons and explain things simply so that you understand what you might be buying.

Housing and real estate inspections 

We will go through all the facilities/rooms -both indoors and outdoors. Will discuss the importance of location and value of property in general. What kind of impact the apartment or property will have after a possible renovation and future plans. I check the existing documents on the spot. 

All In Assistant Service 

All In service means that you decide what kind of help and service you want from me. It can be for example, mapping out a future home or investment apartment or business premises, possibly searching for it and agreeing on viewings. In addition, tendering with banks, agreeing on screenings and taking care of/helping with all possible communication with the tax authorities, the National Land Survey of Finland, the property manager and/or other parties. I can also handle phone calls and messaging on your behalf within the framework of the law. You can delegate the planning and management of the renovation project to me, which includes taking care of notifications and final inspections.
