1. General information about Privacy Policy

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies from 25 May 2018. It applies to companies in the EU and to companies outside the EU that offer their services to consumers and businesses in the EU. Protecting the privacy of our customers is of paramount importance to me at Kiinteistlkonsultointi KM ("KKKM"), and I am therefore committed to complying with the legislation applicable to the processing of personal data.

This Privacy Policy tells you about the ways in which I protect privacy and process personal data. KKKM complies with Finnish legislation and regulations and instructions issued by the authorities when processing customers' personal data. The Privacy Policy applies when you use my services or visit my website.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to links that lead to third-party websites and/or services, such as third-party applications (for example, Meta or Instagram), that you may encounter when using my services

I will make updates to the Privacy Policy when the legislation or our operations change. I encourage you to regularly check the latest version of the privacy policy on my website.

3. Personal data I process and sources of data

I process two types of data about you, (*) user data and (**) technical data.

Although I do not normally use technical data to identify individuals, individuals may be identifiable from it, either on its own or when combined with certain user data. In such situations, technical data may also be considered personal data within the meaning of applicable laws. I will treat the combined data as personal data.

The Service may automatically collect the following technical data about you:

The logging technology used in the Service automatically collects the address of the website from which you accessed the Service. I also collect the IP address of the device you use to access the Service, information related to your device's operating system and the name of your Internet service provider.

I may place a cookie on the hard drive of the device you use to access the Service. 4. Purpose and grounds for processing personal data

I ensure that I always have a legal basis for processing your personal data. I may process data on several different grounds, but I ensure that I always have at least one legal basis for processing.

KKKM processes personal data for several purposes:

To provide and develop the service

I process personal data to provide services to customers and to operate, maintain and develop my business. Personal data may be used to fulfill my contractual obligations to the customer. I also process the personal data you provide to develop the service by analyzing the features and functions of the service you use and by analyzing the areas of the service you visit for customer communication and marketing.

KKKM may process personal data to contact customers in matters related to the service and to inform customers of changes to the services, to process and collect customer feedback and to market the services. KKKM may send you newsletters regarding my services and other direct marketing. The data subject always has the right to prohibit KKKM from using personal data for direct marketing, market research or profiling by contacting me using the contact details provided above.

Visitor analytics and trend identification

I may process information regarding the use of the services to improve the quality of my services, for example by analyzing various trends and developments related to the use of the services. For this purpose, I use anonymized or pseudonymized information from which individuals cannot be identified, to the extent possible.

Basis for processing

KKKM process personal data based on legitimate interest in conducting, maintaining and developing business, and in creating and maintaining customer relationships. When I process your personal data based on my legitimate interest, I weigh my legitimate interests against your right to privacy. I also process personal data to fulfill my statutory obligations, such as the documentation obligations imposed on me by the Accounting Act. In some situations, KKKM may request consent to the processing of personal data. In these cases, consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Data Recipients

I do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties, except as otherwise stated below. KKKM do not disclose personal data to third parties outside organization, unless one of the following situations applies:

For legal reasons

I may disclose personal data to third parties outside organization if access to the personal data is reasonably necessary (*) to comply with applicable law, regulation or court order; (**) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud or security or technical issues; or (***) to protect or ensure the safety of KKKM or its users' property or for purposes required by law in the public interest. I will notify you of such disclosure and processing, where possible.

To Authorized Service Providers

I may disclose personal data to authorized service providers who perform services for KKKM. My agreements with service providers include commitments under which the service providers undertake to limit the use of personal data and to comply with at least the privacy and data security standards set out in this Privacy Policy.

For other legitimate reasons

If KKKM is involved in a merger, business transaction or other corporate acquisition, I may disclose personal data to a third party involved in that corporate acquisition. However, I will ensure that all personal data remains confidential. I will inform users whose personal data is affected by the transfer or whose personal data is subject to another privacy policy of the corporate acquisition as soon as reasonably possible.

With your explicit consent

I may disclose personal data to third parties outside the organization for reasons other than those mentioned above, when KKKM have your explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. In addition, I may disclose information to third parties in a form that does not constitute personal data and does not allow users to be identified

You have the right to the following measures regarding your personal data. I will process all requests for action within a reasonable time.

Right to access information

You have the right to access your personal data that I process. If you wish, you can contact me to find out what personal data I have collected and processed about you and for what purpose this data is used.

Right to request correction of information

You have the right to have incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or unnecessary personal data about you that I store corrected or completed by us. You can also update your personal data by contacting me using the contact details above.

Right to request deletion of information

You have the right to request deletion of personal data. I will take the measures required by your request, unless I have a legitimate reason not to delete the information. Such legitimate reasons may be based, for example, on applicable legislation.

Right to object and right to restrict processing

Notwithstanding any prior consent given for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to our use of your personal data for direct marketing, market research and profiling by contacting us using the contact details provided above. You can prevent us from sending you direct marketing by using the unsubscribe option provided in all direct marketing communications. Furthermore, in certain specific situations, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used format and to independently transfer the data to a third party.

Exercise of your rights

You can exercise the above rights by sending me a letter or email to the above address. The letter or email must include the following information about you: name, address, telephone number and a copy of a valid ID. In order to prove your identity, I may ask you to provide additional information. KKKM may reject requests that are unreasonably frequent, excessive or clearly unfounded. If I process your data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the above address.

7. Filing a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if you believe that KKKM's processing of personal data violates data protection legislation.
